eg. How do you approach an STD test with a new partner?
Just wondering how your chances are of getting an STD even tho you have used condoms?
Depends on the STD, and your health. Crabs, Herpes, genital warts, etc or transferred through skin contact. HIV/Aids, you would need an opening in the skin. By using a condom you do reduce the chances of a STD but the chances are still high. The only form of safe sex is abstinence(no sex). This is because of the exchange of bodily fluids that normally occur through natural contact.
If you magnify the the top layer of skin its jagged. There is also different types of skin based on the area you go to. All a virus needs is an entrance. Your girl likes to gently bite your lip does it to hard and the tissue breaks its an opening. IF she likes to scratch or squeeze and there is debris beneath the nail you have an opening with added bacteria, HIV is especially attracted to genital tissues. If you have sex, decide to masturbate after wards taken off the condom, you could tear the tissue(minor break wont realize it) proceed with oral sex or there is fluid with the viral fluid on ur hand or another std( genital warts, herpes,) and proceed with contact of the broken area virus or infection gets in your infected. Over all Condoms cover the skin of the penis but don't cover the rest of the body. So Just be safe when it comes to bodily fluid exchange. And I don't mean Saliva.
My Info comes from being a combat medic and things ive seen or learned about. Be safe and Happy Fourth ;)
Unfortunately you can get pretty much every STD even when using condoms. And it seems like males are at higher risk being that the condoms leave the base of the penis exposed to bacteria and viruses.
