Can an STD be self manifested?

In a sterile enviroment if a clean female has sex with 10 clean Men can an STD self manifest??
If able please include reliable sources. This is a serious question please no dumb remarks.

STD's cannot... but females do get yeast and bacterial infections by themselves such as thrush and bacterial vaginosis, i suppose to someone who doesnt realise this, they may think its and STD.

Sexually TRANSMITTED Disease. They have nothing to transmit so I would say no.

The std needs to come from a host so if no one is hosting the virus then no one can get it. Just like the cold

No, the virus/infection/disease must be passed on to you by someone, the only STD that can appear without the need for sexual contact is HIV/AIDS but in this case your mother or father would have needed to have been a carrier of the disease and it would have been passed on through birth .

NO an std can’t be created out of nothing. Some one has to have an std in order to be passed on. They can’t be spontaneously created in some one that doesn’t have one.
