Can I give my partner HSV1 genti or him give it to me orally?

I was recently diagnosed with HSV1 but Genital. Assuming my partner has it HSV1 also but oral can we give it to each other in other areas? Example can i give it to him Genital? Or him give it to me orally? What about if we have oral sex and then kiss can it spread that way?
