asymptomatic for a number of years. But during this time it is slowly destroying the body. Al Capone went crazy and died from end stage syphillis. And everyone has heard of AIDS. Someone can be HIV positive and have no symptoms untill they get the AIDS.
I had a friend that was in a relationship 10 years prior to receiving the news that she had HIV. She thought that she just had pneumonia, she died within the year. It can happen but please take precautions to make sure that it doesn’t happen to you.

STD’s like AIDS and Herpies can be hidden for years.
