Yes. But there are a lot of factors that have to be in play. First the person that used the bathroom before you has to have an STD (obviously). Second, they would have to leave bodily fluids on the toilet seat. Third you would need to have direct bodily fluid contact with their bodily fluid (i.e. a cut or an open sore). Also another factor would be the time difference between when they used the bathroom and when you did. The longer their bodily fluid was exposed to air, the less likely the disease will still be active. So you would have to work really hard to get an STD from a toilet seat or just have really bad luck. But to answer your question directly, the answer is yes.

Nope. Viruses cannot live outside of the body for extended periods and even then there just isnt enough contact
