There are a few possible explanations for your headaches and dry throat. The most simple explanation is that you are dehydrated and should drink more water everyday. It is also possible that you are experiencing allergies, a sinus infection, or the early onset of a cold.

It is also possible that you do have an STD. Some STDs, such as https://www.cdc.gov/std/Chlamydia/STDFact-Chlamydia.htm" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">chlamydia and https://www.cdc.gov/std/gonorrhea/stdfact-gonorrhea-detailed.htm" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">gonorrhea, can be transmitted via oral sex and cause a sore throat. If you did not use a condom while performing oral sex, it is possible to get an STD this way. https://www.cdc.gov/std/healthcomm/stdfact-stdriskandoralsex.htm" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">While many people feel oral sex is safer, that is not proven to be the case, especially since most people who participate in oral sex also participate in vaginal or anal sex. It really doesn’t matter how many times your partner’s penis touched your tongue; all unprotected intimate contact carries with it some risk. The more you know about safe sex practices, the more you can make informed decisions about your sexual health.

The only way to know for sure if you have an STD or not is to get tested. https://www.cdc.gov/std/prevention/screeningreccs.htm" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">There are many low cost or free options available.
