Multiple ways, 1. Say you share a cup or straw or something like that with someone infected. 2. Unprotected sexual intercourse. Things like that where your fluids are being mixed with another’s, things like condoms and checking for std’s regularly and getting a spouse to do that can almost gaurentee your saftey. It can also be passed down though, check with your parents or family if necessary.
