I recently got tested and the paper didn’t say positive or negative

I recently got tested at Beaumont laboratory in Michigan in March, 2018 they only sent me the paper today June 9th, 2018 and it dose not say if it’s positive or negative. Just the price of the tests, but I don’t know if that means I’m positive or if they are just charging me for the test. I never got a call or anything else form them I have to wait to call them and I would prefer not it. I’m really worried. Please help asap.
