Is it possible to get HIV by masturbating inside dirty public toilets

Asked by on

I have masturbated inside dirty public toilets several times. Is it possible to get HIV just by masturbating several times as the place was dirty or the hand used for masturbation was unclean. My fear is that if there was HIV infected bodily fluids on door knob or toilet seat covers or any other things which I touched unknowingly and used the same dirty hands to masturbation. I never had sexual intercourse or intravenous drugs usage till date.

Masturbation is a normal and healthy sexual activity that is enjoyed by many people. It is not possible to get HIV from masturbating in a public toilet, even if the place is dirty or the hands are unclean. HIV is a virus that is spread through contact with certain bodily fluids, such as blood, semen, and vaginal fluids. It is not spread through contact with objects, such as door knobs or toilet seat covers.

It is important to practice good hygiene when engaging in any sexual activity, including masturbation. This means washing your hands before and after touching your genitals, and using a clean cloth or tissue to wipe away any semen or other bodily fluids. It is also important to avoid sharing sex toys or other objects that may have come into contact with bodily fluids.

It is also important to remember that HIV is not the only sexually transmitted infection (STI) that can be spread through sexual contact. Other STIs, such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis, can also be spread through contact with bodily fluids. It is important to practice safe sex and get tested regularly for STIs if you are sexually active.
