Prescribed 1g azithromycin and 500mg cefixime for chlamydhia

I hope someone can help me with this. I got tested in korea and got positive result for chlamydia. But because i already back to my country so i went to a foundation here and Did vaginal swab and the result, i got PMN (she said it was white blood cell or smth like that), coccus, and clue cell positive. And she prescribed me 1gr azithromycin and 500mg cefixime/day for 2days. I tried to get information bout the medicine online, but it seems the dose really strong? And i read about resistance if u combine this to drugs. Im so scared. Do you think i should consult to different doctor in a big hospital
