Should I get tested for an std?

I am a gay man and I went to a sauna in London. I performed unprotected oral and received protected anal sex (I was bottom). Another gay tried to suck me off which lasted about 20seconds and then I stopped him. There wasn’t any ejaculation from anyone.
Are the chances strong that I have an std?!
I am so worry and 7days later I keep needing to wee.
