Is it possible to have an STD if you haven’t had sex in three years???
I got itchy bumps on my balls and it started off with one now there is like 8 of them they seem to be growing and moving near the top of my penis I haven’t done anything in three years is it possible??

Unfortunately, STD’s can stay dormant for a long time, even years. You may not even have any symptoms for that time but eventually the STD will come out and start showing symptoms. So you probably have an STD. Go get checked by the doctor.

It could possibly be herpes or genital wart. Both of these can lay dormant in the body and become active while you are under stress or your heath is poor. You should see some one to be sure though. It could just be an irritation from a new product that you may be using or from too much rubbing. (if you know what I mean)

yeah… could be genital warts. but you never know.. get a test.. its not that hard to just ask your dr.. it is better to know than not to know/!!
