What is wrong with my vagina?

I am 17 and I’m pregnant but I’m scared of what it’s gonna be like when I go to the doctor because vagina has small bumps all over my labia they don’t itch or burn or cause me any type of pain or discomfort they just look ugly and you can only see them when I pull on my libia other wise they just scrunch up and look like ground beef my vagina has looked this way for as long as I can remember but I still feel like it’s not normal and it’s dark in color only my labia tho inside of that it’s pink red
